Guiding Principles

It all started with one question.

How can we serve people best? Everything that follows began there.

Lisa McCoskey

The Short Version

Hi, I'm Lisa.

For nearly three decades, people have invited me into some of the most personal decisions they'll ever make… about their health, their homes, their beauty routines, and the products they choose for the people they love. That kind of trust is never something I've taken for granted.

Over the years, I've come to believe that stewardship of trust is one of the greatest responsibilities we have. Every recommendation carries weight because someone may be choosing it for themselves, their spouse, their children, or a dear friend.

That's why I've never stopped learning.

I'm a Holistic Health Practitioner, founder of The Living Well Experience, podcast host, author, wife, momma, and NonnaLisa. I've spent countless hours studying nutritional science, ingredient labels, functional wellness, metabolic restoration, peptide therapies, and practical ways to help people uncover the root causes behind how they feel. In fact, I earned my Doctorate in Functional Medicine at age 62… not to collect another title, but because I truly believe there's always more to learn and always a better way to serve.

Along the way, I've realized something important.

Wellness isn't found in one product, one protocol, or one company. It's built by thoughtfully choosing the right tools for the season you're in.

If you've trusted my recommendations over the years, you already know one thing about me: I don't recommend products because they're trendy. I recommend them because they've earned my trust.

That's exactly how I approached Ringana. After months of research, conversations, and careful discernment… It has.

I'd love to show you why.

When Clean Beauty Found Me

One unexpected yes became a treasured chapter.

Nearly ten years ago, I was a nutritional consultant in our chiropractic practice when my daughter introduced me to a clean beauty company.

Direct sales wasn't something I had ever pictured for myself. I was skeptical, but I didn't know what I didn't know. I loved the products. I loved what they stood for. I loved seeing my daughter so excited about the possibilities. And I loved knowing that along with whole food nutritional supplements, safe beauty products had the potential to transform my client's health inside out and outside in. It felt like the missing piece to my wellness practice.

So instead of letting my skepticism close the door… I let my curiosity open it. I became my daughter's very first enrollment and started learning everything I could.

I could not have imagined what would come next! What began as a simple desire to help families reduce toxic exposures, lower their body burden, and make healthier choices grew into one of the greatest blessings of my life.

I had the privilege of helping build a community of more than 1,500 remarkable women who shared that same heart for serving others well. And along the way, we helped thousands of families make healthier choices and built an organization that generated more than $25 million in sales.

But if you ask me what I'm most grateful for… it isn't that number at all. It's the people. The friendships. The women I had the privilege of encouraging. The remarkable leaders who encouraged me.

Looking back, I realize that unexpected "yes" wasn't simply the beginning of a business. It became one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.

The Whole Picture

Why this work still matters to me.

01

Why I've loved this profession

People sometimes assume I've spent nearly a decade in direct sales because I love skincare. The truth is, I've stayed because I love what this profession makes possible.

I've watched mothers earn enough to stay home with their babies. I've watched couples retire more comfortably. I've watched families pay off debt, fund dream vacations, give more generously, support ministries, and replace financial stress with financial margin.

Because here's something I believe with all my heart: financial wellness is part of living well.

Financial stress doesn't just affect our bank accounts. It affects our sleep, our relationships, our hormones, and our health. When we create greater margin in our lives, we create more space for joy, generosity, rest, and purpose.

Yes, we share incredible products. But what we're really building is possibility. That's why I continue to believe so deeply in relationship marketing when it's done with integrity.

02

Why Ringana?

For years, I've hoped to find a lifestyle company willing to raise the standard… not simply by creating another clean product, but by rethinking how wellness products are formulated, produced, and delivered.

When I learned about Ringana, I wasn't intrigued because it was new. I was intrigued because it had stoically spent three decades building something extraordinary.

I became curious. I asked questions. I studied the science. I looked beyond the marketing. I wanted to answer one question:

Has this earned a place among the recommendations I'd confidently make to the people who trust me?

After months of research, conversations, and careful discernment… It has.

03

What I look for

Throughout my career, I've been incredibly intentional about the companies I choose to align with. Clients count on me to guide them and I take that responsibility very seriously.

I've never been loyal to a brand. I've been loyal to a standard.

Research can tell you what's on an ingredient label. It can explain manufacturing, sourcing, and formulation. But eventually, every decision comes down to a bigger question:

Does the whole picture reflect the kind of company I'd be proud to partner with… and confident recommending to the people who trust me most?

Every recommendation has been measured against the same standard. The decision to partner with Ringana simply became the next thoughtful addition to that journey.

Building something worth belonging to

One of the things I've learned over the past decade is this: the strongest businesses aren't built on sales. They're built on shared values. On people who love learning. Who ask thoughtful questions. Who care more about serving well than selling well. Who celebrate one another's success instead of competing for it. That's the kind of community I want to build again.

As Ringana prepares for its U.S. launch, that's what excites me most. Not simply introducing extraordinary products… but building another founding community rooted in curiosity, integrity, generosity, education, and service.

Whether this would be your very first experience in relationship marketing… or you're an experienced leader looking for a community that feels aligned with who you've become… I want you to know this: you won't be building alone.

Our Founding Collective is being mentored by respected leaders who have collectively generated more than $60 million in sales while helping thousands of entrepreneurs build businesses centered on education, authentic relationships, and long-term stewardship.

My hope isn't simply to help people create another income stream. It's to help create more choices. More time with family. More freedom in your schedule. More opportunities to travel. More resources to give generously. And more space to serve others well. My prayer is that you will feel right at home.

My promise

Long before there was a podcast… a book… a wellness practice… or a business… there was a simple desire: to faithfully help people live well.

I pray that every recommendation I make, every conversation I have, and every opportunity I'm given points people toward greater health, greater hope, and the abundant life I believe God desires for each of us.

If our paths have crossed for a reason, I hope this next chapter becomes a blessing to yours as well.

Why Build With Me

A community built to last.

For nearly a decade, I've had the privilege of building a relationship-based wellness business centered on education, trust, and serving people well.

I'm bringing that same long view to this founding community. We'll learn together, ask thoughtful questions, and build meaningful work around education, relationships, and trust — with mentorship and practical tools from the beginning.

Because living well isn't only about better health. It's about building a life with greater purpose, freedom, and impact.

The Right Fit

One final thought.

It's never too late to keep learning. It's never too late to begin a new chapter.

At sixty-plus years old, I'm more excited about the future than ever. Not because I'm chasing something new, but because I genuinely believe I've found another extraordinary tool to help the people I care about most.

If my story encourages you in any way, I hope it's this: it's never too late to build a life, and a legacy, that helps people live well — including you.

I'm so grateful you're here. Welcome to the next chapter.
